Coaches and Program Overview
The coaches involved with the Green Squad run a skill-oriented program that offer an opportunity to learn about training for cross country skiing. The emphasis is put on "the team concept" and "social activities" will be an important part of the program. Coaches encourage competition as one of the many activities in conjunction with training techniques.
