All Squad Halloween Event

The All Squad Hallween Event will be held on Tuesday October 30, 2007 at the Whitehorse Cross Country Ski Club.

Schedule

5:45 pm - meet in the wax room, divide into teams (teams will be posted)

6:00 pm - teams head out - small delays between leaving.

6:45 pm - last team should be back in wax room.

6:45 pm - treats and drinks

7:00 pm - everyone heads home.

Things To Bring

  • healthy treat to share with the group (hot and cold drinks will be provided)
  • headlamps or flashlights
  • warm winter clothing - including mitts, hats, warm socks and footwear, etc. (this will be a walk/run event - no skiing)
  • costumes - if they fit over your warm clothing

Want To Help Out

We need two parents from each squad, to help put out the treats/make hot drinks and clean up the wax room after the event. Please give your name to your squad coordinator, if you are able to help out.
